After practicing meditation diligently for about a couple of years, I was wondering how could I integrate my rediscovered passion for writing along with my sincere interest to share my gained insights. Naturally, one would write a blog – isn’t it?
I initially had an idea of having a scientific blog as I am quite interested in reading published articles on meditation, and altered states of human consciousness. At the end, I began writing my personal experiences and I liked the flow of expressing myself freely. So, this blog site remains somewhere between ‘semi-scientific’ and ‘non-scientific’.
My overall objective, however, is to expose the nature of human mind and bring awareness on the usefulness of meditation for our everyday lives.
